1. All enamel paint samples were found to have lead concentrations higher than 90 ppm.
Some 95 percent of plastic paint samples had lead concentrations higher than 600 ppm or
450 ppm, the Tanzanian voluntary standard. The average lead concentration of paint samples was 11,187.4 ppm.
2. All plastic paint samples were found to have lead concentrations of less than 90 ppm.
